Safety, service, support
We own the heat network and community heat hub, including the pipework and are responsible for the safe and reliable ongoing maintenance of your equipment. We’ll service your HIU every two years which is included in our service at no extra cost to you.
Our UK-based team is here for you; from our quick-response site staff to our customer care teams; we’re committed to keeping your home warm 24/7, drawing on our many years of experience in the industry. We’ll deliver the highest standards of service which are currently aligned with Heat Trust recommendations.
Tried, tested, trusted
Ofgem will regulate Heat Networks from 2025, giving you reassurance that we’ll always do our best for you. Until then, all our networks are registered with Heat Trust.
Heat Trust is an independent consumer champion, created to protect the interests of all heat network customers. It sets out the service and customer care standards that ensure you get a fair, transparent, good-value service and enjoy the benefits of living on a heat network.
