Our latest collaboration with Taylor Wimpey, will deliver a regeneration project for Leyton that provides a decentralised, low carbon heating solution at the heart of its community. Metropolitan led throughout, with additional utilities being provided by sister companies GTC and Power On.

Located near to Coronation Gardens and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Coronation Square is on the doorstep of Leyton’s green spaces, shops, pubs, restaurants, and other amenities. The development will create a new local centre, linking existing and emerging neighbourhoods.
